My Fuel: A passion for learning and being a curious person, and helping to foster that trait in others.

Fun fact: My family is multi-cultural (US & Mexico) and bilingual! Our home is full of Spanglish.

My experience:

I began my career as an educator, teaching math, science, and TEFL both in classrooms and online. While teaching ESL, I worked primarily with adult learners and applied adult learning theory to create engaging and effective experiences. From there, I transitioned into the tech industry, joining a B2B SaaS company in Onboarding before moving into Revenue Enablement. In this role, I combined live training with instructional design, bringing together my background in education and my technical expertise.

I’ve found enablement to be the perfect intersection of the skills I’ve honed throughout my past roles: problem identification, project planning and management, implementing solutions, and measuring impact! As I go, I continue to learn and perfect the craft, and I’m enjoying the ride!
